$12 flat rate for all orders in the continental U.S. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $350 (footwear does not qualify for free shipping).

All other shipping will be calculated at checkout based on UPS/DHL rates.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and shipment, plus an additional 2–4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3–6 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued via email. This code may be used towards any available items.

Shipping fees are not included in the gift card amount. All sale items are final sale.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made directly through Stampd.com. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.

Most items do not have set release dates. Sign up for the Stampd newsletter to receive notifications each time we drop something new.

On occasion we restock select items. Check back frequently if something you want is currently unavailable.

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending. Declined charges are cleared automatically and funds become available again, typically within a few business days.
